Gluten-free pizza

This pizza looks pretty yummy and looks easy to make too. The crust is made from quinoa. I haven’t tried it myself, but I thought I’d share it with y’all. I’d love to get some feedback from those who have tried it. Depending on your toppings, the pizza shouldn’t be overly high in calories, but it will still have a substantial amount of carbs.

    This looks great. I have never tried a quinoa crust, but rice flour has been used to make my pizza, and it’s fired in a stone oven with great results. It looks like the one in that photo. I wouldn’t be brave enough to try the recipe at home but I think it’s worth the experiment if you use a small amount of ingredients and work on the crust first, before adding the toppings. The texture is going to be hard at the edges but softer in the middle. Best of luck!
